DAVID LADEMANN
Director of Dining Services
David is a graduate of Johnson & Wales University and formerly served as the executive chef of The Blair Mill Inn in Horsham, Pa for 15 years. He resides in Jenkintown with his wife Kimberly and daughters Ashley, Jessica and Katelyn. David enjoys spending time with his family and coaching softball.

At Arbour Square, David strives to exceed the dining expectations of the residents and their families. He is committed to providing healthy and delicious food to all he serves.

JOHN MANNA -
Assistant Director of Dining Services
John began his career with Arbour Square as Lead Chef and Dining Services Supervisor in October 2008.  He is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, has over twenty years dining services experience, and previously owned & operated a restaurant specializing in Italian cuisine for ten years in Long Branch, NJ.  John resides in Lansdale, with his wife Carrie and sons Johnny and Brian. John enjoys coaching Little League during his free time.
