Mimi Kehan Campus Executive Director

Mimi Kehan

Mimi is the Campus Executive Director, overseeing all daily activity for Arbour Square and The Birches at Arbour Square. Prior to working for Arbour Square, Mimi worked in the hotel industry. She started at the Chestnut Hill Hotel overseeing the operations. She then joined the Philadelphia-based McGettigan Partners where she worked for over 25 years. Her primary responsibility was its growth and strategic direction - overseeing revenue and profit goals and ensuring customer service for all locations throughout the United States. Mimi is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University. On a volunteer basis, Mimi’s work has included visiting the elderly at St. Ignatius Nursing Home in Philadelphia, The Villa in Flourtown and St. Mary’s Manor in Lansdale. Mimi is married, has two children and resides in Ambler.

Julie Kline Campus Marketing Director

Julie Kline

Julie is the Campus Marketing Director at The Birches and Arbour Square. She has enjoyed working in the healthcare industry for 20 years which include the health insurance industry and in retirement communities. Julie is a graduate of DeSales University with a BA in Business Communications. She is married with two sons and a daughter and enjoys spending time outdoors biking, hiking and gardening. Julie resides in Kempton, Pennsylvania.

Kathie Sweeney Campus Marketing Manager

Kathie Sweeney

Kathie Sweeney is the Marketing Manager for Arbour Square. She has been in various marketing positions and real estate for 20 years. She previously owned and operated a local advertising company. She is a Business Administration graduate from Immaculata College. Kathie is the mother of two daughters and resides in Harleysville.

Heidi Slook The Hillside at Arbour Square Marketing Manager

Heidi Koffroth

Heidi Slook is the Marketing Manager for The Hillside at Arbour Square Independent Living. Heidi’s primary roll at The Hillside is working with individuals interested in moving into the Independent Living Apartments. Heidi has vast experience working in the senior living industry and is passionate about working with seniors and helping them enjoy their retirement years as carefree and worry-free as possible by living in a community such as The Hillside at Arbour Square. Heidi is originally from the Upper Perk area and currently resides in Harleysville.

Barbara Lewandowski Resident Life Director

Barbara Lewandowski

Barb is the Resident Life Director for Arbour Square. She graduated from Lock Haven State University with a BS in Recreation, Health and Physical Education. Prior to working at Arbour Square, Barb worked as a teacher for the Quakertown School District, as Parks & Recreation Director and was a former instructor for the Special Olympics in swimming and skiing. Barb has almost 20 years' experience in the senior living and adult activity programming industry. Barb is married, has 2 grown children and enjoys competitive shot gunning with her husband.

Betsy Roth Business Office Manager

Betsy Roth

Betsy is the Business Office Manager at Hillside at Arbour Square. Her primary responsibilities include organizing and directing all functions of the Hillside at Arbour Square front desk, and managing all resident move-in procedures. Prior to joining Arbour Square, Betsy was the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer of Genuardi’s Family Markets and Activities Coordinator at A.C. Moore Arts and Crafts. Betsy lives in Harleysville with her husband, Mike, and their 2 children Maria and Patrick.

David Lademann Director of Culinary Services

David Lademann

Dave is the Director of Culinary Services for Arbour Square. Prior to working at Arbour Square, Dave worked at The Blair Mill Inn in Horsham for 15 years as their executive chef. Dave and his wife Kimberly have three daughters and they currently reside in Jenkintown. Dave is a graduate of Johnson and Wales in Providence, Rhode Island. He was recently recognized by receiving the Award of Excellence as a nominee for the Illuminating Excellence Award by one of our food service partners for his outstanding work in the culinary industry.

Greg Mekel  Assistant Director of Culinary Services

Greg Mekel

Greg has been at Arbour Square since 2007. After graduating from North Penn High School and successfully completing the rigorous culinary program at North Montco Technical Career Center, he was hired as a dishwasher in our culinary department. When an opening became available for a chef, Greg accepted the position and has continued to grow as a culinary professional and a leader at Arbour Square. Greg currently live in Harleysville with his wife and they are expecting their first child in July of 2017.

Vida Norviliene Housekeeping Manager

Vida Norviliene

Vida is the Housekeeping Manager at Arbour Square. Originally from Lithuania, Vida graduated from the University of Vilnius and received her BS in economics. After graduation, Vida worked as an accountant for The State Department of Education. In 2001, Vida and her husband emigrated to the United States and has become a United States Citizen. Vida resides in Harleysville.

Greg Boyd Maintenance Director

Greg Boyd

Greg is the Director of Maintenance & Environmental Services at Arbour Square of Harleysville. He has an Associate’s Degree from Montgomery County Community College in General Studies. His previous work experience includes assisting his Mother with her catering business and as a skilled auto mechanic. Greg grew up and still resides in Collegeville where he enjoys spending his free time riding motorcycles, fishing, and playing video games.
