Mimi is the Campus Executive Director, overseeing all daily activity for Arbour Square and The Birches at Arbour Square. Prior to working for Arbour Square, Mimi worked in the hotel industry. She started at the Chestnut Hill Hotel overseeing the operations. She then joined the Philadelphia based McGettigan Partners where she worked for over 25 years. Her primary responsibility was its growth and strategic direction - overseeing revenue and profit goals and ensuring customer service for all locations throughout the United States.  Mimi is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University. On a volunteer basis, Mimi’s work has included visiting the elderly at St. Ignatius Nursing Home in Philadelphia, The Villa in Flourtown and St. Mary’s Manor in Lansdale. Mimi is married, has 2 children and resides in Ambler.

Naki is the Campus Marketing Director, overseeing all sales and marketing efforts for Arbour Square and The Birches at Arbour Square. Prior to working for Arbour Square, Naki was a licensed social worker and worked in various healthcare settings, including hospice, homecare, rehab and acute care. Naki is originally from South Carolina and graduated from the University of South Carolina. She is married and has 1 son. Naki resides in Skippack.

Julie is the Campus Marketing Manager at The Birches and Arbour Square.  Prior to working at The Arbour Square campus, Julie worked in the healthcare industry for 27 years in the health insurance and assisted living industries. Julie is a graduate of DeSales University with a BA in Business. Julie has 2 sons and enjoys spending time outdoors biking, hiking and gardening. Julie resides in Quakertown.

Laura has been a realtor for over 9 years with the special designation of ABR, SRES, which stands for “Accredited Buyer Representative” and “Senior Real Estate Specialist”.  Her passion is working with the seniors and worked in the senior living industry prior to joining the Arbour Square team.  Laura resides in Bedminster Twp with her husband, two dogs; Nigel and Priscilla and an African Grey bird named Bogart. She enjoys free-style dancing, spending time at their Bradford County home and gathering her 4 grown boys and family for a good dinner and conversation.

Barb is the Resident Life Director for Arbour Square. She graduated from Lock Haven State University with a BS in Recreation, Health and Physical Education. Prior to working at Arbour Square, Barb worked as a teacher for the Quakertown School District, as Parks & Recreation Director and was a former instructor for the Special Olympics in swimming and skiing. Barb has almost 20 years' experience in the senior living and adult activity programming industry.  Barb is married, has 2 grown children and enjoys competitive shot gunning with her husband.

Deb is the Campus Business Office Manager for Arbour Square and The Birches at Arbour Square. Prior to working at Arbour Square, Deb was self employed for 18 years and worked for her family’s business for 10 years. Deb is married and has a son and daughter.  Deb resides in Harleysville and enjoys bringing her Yorkshire Terrier, Tiffany, to work every day. Tiffany gets to spend the day with Deb’s parents, who live at Arbour Square.

Dave is the Director of Dining Services for Arbour Square. Prior to working at Arbour Square, Dave worked at The Blair Mill Inn in Horsham for 15 years as their executive chef.  Dave and his wife Kimberly have three children – Ashley, Jessica and Katelyn. Dave is a graduate of Johnson and Wales in Providence, Rhode Island. Dave and his family reside in Jenkintown.

John is the Assistant Director of Dining Services for Arbour Square. John is responsible for the daily operations of dining services, including staffing, and is Lead Chef.  John began his career with Arbour Square as Lead Chef and Dining Services Supervisor in October 2008.  John is a graduate of The Culinary Institute of America, has over 20 years' dining services experience, and previously owned & operated a restaurant specializing in Italian cuisine for 10 years in Long Branch, NJ.  John resides in Lansdale, is married, has two sons and enjoys coaching Little League.

Prior to working at Arbour Square, Tom worked for 18 years at Sunburst Communications in Pleasantville, NY before moving to Harleysville and starting his second career in the retirement living industry. Tom is married and has 2 daughters in college.

Vida is the Housekeeping Manager at Arbour Square.  Originally from Lithuania, Vida graduated from the University of Vilnius and received her BS in economics. After graduation, Vida worked as an accountant for The State Department of Education. In 2001, Vida and her husband emmigrated to the United States and has become a United States Citizen. Vida resides in Harleysville.
