Campus Executive Director
Mimi is the Campus Executive Director for Arbour Square and The Birches at Arbour Square. Previously, Mimi worked at McGettigan Partners for over 25 years. Mimi was honored as one of Pennsylvania’s Top 50 Women in Business in 1998, as recognized by the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development. In the same year, she led the effort for the Family business of the Year Award. Mimi is a graduate of St. Joseph’s University where she majored in Management. She has volunteered in a number of school in institutional development and has raised funds for capital campaigns. Additionally, Mimi has dedicated her time at St. Mary’s Manor in Lansdale, St. Ignatius in Philadelphia, and The Villa in Flourtown. Mimi is married and has two children, and she currently resides in Ambler.
Campus Marketing Director
Julie is the Campus Marketing Director at Arbour Square and the Birches. Julie first joined Arbour Square in 2009 and she has enjoyed working in the healthcare industry for 20 years, which includes the health insurance industry and in retirement communities. Julie is a graduate of DeSales University with a BA in Business Communications. She is married with two sons and a daughter and enjoys spending time outdoors biking, hiking and gardening. Julie resides in Kempton, Pennsylvania.
Kathie Sweeney has been a Marketing Manager for Arbour Square since 2011. She has been in various marketing positions and real estate for 20 years. She previously owned and operated a local advertising company. She is a Business Administration graduate from Immaculata College. Kathie is the mother of two daughters and resides in Harleysville.
Heidi has been a Marketing Manager at Arbour Square since 2013. Heidi works with individuals who are interested in moving into Independent Living Apartments. Heidi has vast experience working in the senior living industry and is passionate about working with seniors to help them enjoy their retirement years as carefree and worry-free as possible. Heidi is married with four children and is originally from the Upper Perkiomen area, and she currently resides in Harleysville.
Resident Life Director
Barb has been the Resident Life Director for Arbour Square since 2006. She graduated from Lock Haven State University with a BS in Recreation, Health and Physical Education. Prior to working at Arbour Square, Barb worked as a teacher for the Quakertown School District, as Parks & Recreation Director and was a former instructor for the Special Olympics in swimming and skiing. Barb has over 26 years of experience in the senior living and adult activity programming industry. Barb is married, has 2 grown children and enjoys competitive shot gunning with her husband.
Business Office Manager
Betsy is the Business Office Manager at Hillside at Arbour Square. Her primary responsibilities include organizing and directing all functions of the Hillside at Arbour Square front desk, and managing all resident move-in procedures. Prior to joining Arbour Square, Betsy was the Executive Assistant to the Chief Operating Officer of Genuardi’s Family Markets and Activities Coordinator at A.C. Moore Arts and Crafts. Betsy lives in Harleysville with her husband, Mike, and their 2 children Maria and Patrick.
Director of Culinary Services
Dave is the Director of Culinary Services and has been working at Arbour Square since 2009. Prior to working at Arbour Square, Dave worked at The Blair Mill Inn in Horsham for 15 years as their executive chef. Dave and his wife Kimberly have three daughters and they currently reside in Jenkintown. Dave is a graduate of Johnson and Wales in Providence, Rhode Island. He was recently recognized by receiving the Gerhardt Konnecke Award of American Culinary Federation of Philadelphia for his outstanding work in the culinary industry.
Assistant Director of Culinary Services
Greg has been an employee at Arbour Square since 2007, where he first started as a dishwasher while attending school. Greg graduated from North Penn High School and successfully completed the rigorous culinary program at North Montco Technical Career Center. After years of success in the culinary department, Greg was offered a chef position and has continued to grow as a culinary professional. In May of 2017, Greg was promoted to the position of Assistant Culinary Director and has since become a leader in the Culinary Department. Greg currently lives in Harleysville with his wife Delia and son Jason.
Greg first started in the maintenance department in 2010 and was promoted to Director of Maintenance & Environmental Services in 2016. He has an Associate’s Degree from Montgomery County Community College in General Studies. His previous work experience includes working as a skilled auto mechanic. Greg grew up and still resides in Collegeville where he enjoys spending his free time riding motorcycles, fishing, and playing video games.
Vida has been working as the Housekeeping Manager at Arbour Square since 2007. Originally from Lithuania, Vida graduated from the University of Vilnius and received her BS in economics. After graduation, Vida worked as an accountant for The State Department of Education. In 2001, Vida and her husband emigrated to the United States and has become a United States Citizen. Vida resides in Harleysville.
