About The Wellness Plus Program

Your first step to wellness is a professional screening with your physical therapist, who assesses your needs and designs a customized program just for you. This is not a case of “one size fits all.” Every person begins The Wellness Plus Program at a different point in their journey. We help you set manageable goals so that over time, you become stronger, leaner, and more flexible.

Through The Wellness Plus Program, you’ll work with our senior strength trainer 2-3 times a week for a 30-45 minute training session. Depending on your needs, The Wellness Program may involve:

  • Resistive Bands
  • Ankle Weights
  • Hand Weights
  • Stationary Bike/Treadmill
  • Stretching/Flexibility Exercises
  • Balance Activities
  • Pneumatic Resistive Exercise Equipment
  • Theraball Activities
